When your child’s dental needs call for a deep sleep with general anesthesia, we’re here to make sure they get the care they need, when they need it. Sleepytime Surgery Center is a dedicated surgical facility designed to provide safe, comfortable care for children undergoing dental procedures under general anesthesia. The facility is operated by a highly skilled team of CRNAs, RNs, and an anesthesiologist, and is used by the Hines Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry team as well as other dental providers who bring their patients here for surgery. Located right next door to Hines Little Smiles, Sleepytime Surgery Center makes it easier for families to access comprehensive dental care in a safe, specialized setting.

Your own private room
No shared curtains or waiting rooms full of strangers. Your family gets a peaceful, private space from the moment you arrive.
Meeting the team
A nurse will walk you through exactly what anesthesia will look like for your child, so nothing feels like a surprise. You’ll meet the anesthesiologist directly to get every question answered. Lastly, you’ll meet with your pediatric dentist to walk through every step of the procedure.
Staying close
One parent goes back with your child so you’re right there by their side and the last face they see before drifting off.
During the procedure
You'll head to your own private room to wait comfortably while our exceptional team of pediatric specialists completes the full scope of treatment your child needs.
Rest & recovery
Once treatment is complete, your child moves to a recovery room staffed by compassionate nurses trained specifically in pediatric wake-up. Your pediatric dentist will meet with you to walk through everything that was done, along with clear aftercare instructions and tips for the coming days.
Waking up
We know that one of the hardest parts of your child's procedure can be waiting to see them again. Once your child's dental treatment is complete and our anesthesia team has determined that it is safe, we will reunite you with your child as soon as possible!
